Billie Isaacs, 55 years of age, was born on August 19, 1946. She was the daughter of the late Willie
Hamilton and Enda Hamilton. She departed this life following a short illness on Friday, October 26, 2001 at
Pikeville Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Leno Isaacs and she is survived by one daughter, Jill
Johnson and a son-in-law, Frank Johnson, Jr., and one grandson, Jeremy Johnson.
Her occupation in life was a Headstart teacher. She was the first teacher to many children and loved by
all. Mom was the kindest person I ever knew and also the most loving. She always had a smile on her face and
a loving word for everyone. Mom is truly missed and will never be forgotten but our loss is Heaven’s gain.
