Bobby Jones was born December 7, 1958 and got killed in a truck wreck on Wednesday, July 2, 2003 at
Premium, Kentucky. Bobby was the son of Bessie Jones and the late J.C. Jones. He was 44 years, 6 months, and
25 days of age at the time of his passing. He is also survived by two brothers, Larry and Freddy Jones of Premium,
along with a host other relatives and friends. His grandparents were the late Arlie and Nancy Ann (Hawkins) Caudill
and the late Claude and Allie (Caudill) Jones. Funeral services were held at the Kingdom Come Old Regular Baptist
Church on July 5, 2003 at 2:00 p.m.
God only knows how terrible it is too lose a child. My son, Bobby, is gone but he still lives on in my heart. It
will never be the same without him. It seems to get harder instead of getting better. May the Good Lord help
anyone that has to give up a child. I loved him so much. He was always telling me to take care of myself because
he couldn’t live without me and now he went before me. I want to thank everyone that helped me with kind words
and everything they did. May the good Lord bless everyone. I miss my son so much but with the Lord’s help I’ll
meet him again someday.
